Our mission of
teaching Religious Courses is based on
the Hebrew Scriptures, The New Testament, Christian doctrine, Spiritual
formation and comparative religion assure learning from an
interdisciplinary
approach.
Research Historical information include: Library assignments, the use of computer technology (the Internet, and CDROM), live Video distance learning, field trips, seminars and community involvement, as well as the curriculum offered on site. The Research Track is designed to equip the individual with specific competencies through Theological Studies aligned with the Thesis Project and/or Dissertations. Goals 1. To develop practical experience and foundational teaching competence in Religious Education. 2. To equip students in diverse areas of Theological studies. 3. To prepare students for appropriate vocational objectives in Church related educational or community related work. Primary Outcomes for this Program a. To provide leadership for Churches through Christian education and through preparation of Biblical Exegesis. b. The involvement of students in the exegetical tasks of exposition, application and communication. c. The student research will have implications for the Church and community which may be published
